Leader: Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord! Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation!
People: Let us come before him with thanksgiving and praise him with music and song! For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods.
Leader: In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land.
People: Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
All: He is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under has care.

Call to Confession
Unison Prayer of Confession
Loving God, on this day we celebrate Christ as King, yet we fail to let him reign as Lord in our lives. We confess that we have not bowed before him. We give allegiance to the powers of this world and refuse to be governed by your justice and love. In your mercy, forgive us. Turn our hearts to see our need for a Savior and to proclaim Jesus as Lord. Then our lives will point the way to Him as the King of All and the Shepherd of His flock. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Silent Prayer of Confession
Assurance of Pardon Pastor
