*Call to Worship Responsive Reading from Psalm 29 and Isaiah 6
Leader: Give to the Lord the glory due his name: worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.
All: Isaiah saw the Lord in a vision, high and exalted. The train of his robe filled the temple.
Leader: Winged seraphs flew above him, covering their faces and feet. They called out:
All: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory!
Leader: The voice of the Lord is powerful and full of majesty. His voice thunders over the waters. God’s strength empowers our response to his call.
All: The Lord is enthroned as king forever. The Lord blesses his people with peace.

Call to Confession
Unison Prayer of Confession
O God, you are holy. As our being meets your being, we are overwhelmed by the glory of your presence and goodness. We bow our heads in shame before you because we have failed others, failed ourselves, and failed you. Touch us with the tenderness of your forgiveness. Breathe new life into us and through your grace reconcile us, that we may be set free to be holy in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Silent Prayer of Confession
Assurance of Pardon Pastor
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17
