Call to Confession
Unison Prayer of Confession
Eternal God, we have been called together to be the church, to live the resurrection faith, to embody the message of Easter, to touch lives as Jesus did. We have not done these things well because our vision is limited and our commitment to ourselves is greater than our commitment to you. Forgive us when our choices, words, and actions deny who we are as the Body of Christ. Help us to rediscover the delight and joy of full commitment to Christ’s mission of salvation for all people. In his name we pray, Amen.
Silent Prayer of Confession
Assurance of Pardon Pastor
This is what God has testified through the water of baptism, through Christ’s blood shed on the cross, and through the Spirit of Truth: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life… In Christ, our sins are forgiven. 1 John 5:11-12
