Pine Tree Cumberland Presbyterian Church

The next step in the church's government is the individual church such as our Pine Tree Cumberland Presbyterian location. Our church is comprised of a Pastor and Elders who meet once a month specifically to go over church business. They make decisions regarding finances, events and projects. Some churches have Bible school, Sunday school, Day Care, and Ministry campaigns. On this website you can see the many things which we are involved and contact us to join in any of our adventures.

General Assembly

The Ministry Council is the denomination’s ministry programming division. Together, the Ministry Council and its Ministry Teams create resources to assist individuals on their spiritual journey and congregations in their varied ministries. Resources cover a wide spectrum including Christian education, leadership development and special programs such as Cumberland Presbyterian Youth Conference, Ministers Conference and Triennium. The Churches of Trinity Presbytery

Trinity Presbytery is the second tier of church organization which responds to the General Assembly. A Presbytery is a localized group of Cumberland Presbyterian Churches. Trinity Presbytery has 23 churches in Louisiana and Texas who work together to minister in the name of Christ. Four churches are in Louisiana. Nineteen churches are in Texas.
