Call to Confession
Unison Prayer of Confession
Forgiving God, we cannot truly worship you until we recognize how unloving we have been. We cannot truly live until we admit the ways we dwell in death and sin. We cannot know forgiveness until we honestly face the wrong we have done and the good we have neglected. We confess our sins, repent of our ways, and trust your power to change our hearts, that we may find new life in you. Hear our prayers in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Silent Prayer of Confession
Assurance of Pardon Pastor
If anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: the old has gone, the new has come! (2 Corinthians 5:17). In that day we will say: surely this is our God; we trusted in Him, and He saved us… let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation! (Isaiah 25:9).
